You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to translate intricate business processes into scalable user experiences for large organizations.

The role emphasizes shaping a mature design system, accessibility, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing end-to-end user experiences for complex systems, platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing within Agile development environments.
• Experience incorporating AI-powered tools into design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across complex operational workflows supporting the lending lifecycle.
• Translate highly integrated business systems into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to define and deliver product solutions.
• Use customer insights, analytics, and research to iterate on designs and improve business outcomes.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system while ensuring accessibility and consistency.
