Job summary

ENFOS invites a UX Designer to modernize the enterprise user experience across a dense financial and operational platform. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate intricate regulatory and governance workflows into scalable, intuitive experiences, shaping design systems and front-end modernization across the platform.

The ideal candidate brings systems thinking, enterprise application design expertise, and success designing data-dense interfaces for business environments.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and data-heavy workflow design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
• Experience designing complex operational, financial, or workflow-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive UX patterns.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Modernize the Enterprise User Experience and simplify dense workflows.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, intuitive experiences.
• Design workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces for usability and speed.
• Establish design systems, reusable components, and UX conventions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on front-end standards and delivery.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
