Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Director who will define and execute the enterprise design vision across all digital channels, driving conversion, engagement, and brand differentiation at scale.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and accessibility experts, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data and Finance to translate strategy into measurable performance and business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product experience in UX/UI design or digital leadership.
• Experience setting product experience strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with mobile and web digital products, design systems, and research-driven decisions.
• Experience building enterprise-scale design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong collaboration with executive stakeholders and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise experience strategy across all digital channels.
• Own enterprise design systems and accessibility governance.
• Lead and scale the Product Experience organization with a distributed team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CARE, Retail, Data, and Finance.
• Establish and track experience KPIs linking design to business results.
• Serve on cross-functional governance committees as assigned.
