T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Content and Conversation Design to lead end-to-end product content and conversational strategy across digital ecosystems.

You will build teams, establish design practices, and create scalable content frameworks that empower rapid delivery. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can transform complexity into clear, human-centered experiences and collaborate with product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams to meet customer needs and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-7 years in content/conversation design, UX writing, or related content strategies.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Content and Conversation Designers and coach for career development and content strategy.
• Establish a Content & Conversation Design team within the organization.
• Drive guidelines and best practices for cohesive product narratives and conversational experiences across digital and AI products.
• Influence style guides, voice, tone, and design language aligned with the T-Mobile brand.
