Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Conversation Design to define and lead human-centered content strategies across its digital ecosystem. You will guide a team of designers, collaborate with product, UX, research, engineering, and AI teams, and scale cohesive narratives for both traditional and AI-powered experiences.

The role requires systems thinking, team-building, and the ability to drive design practices in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 4–7 years of content/conversation design or UX writing experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
• Experience leading design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Content and Conversation Designers and coach career development.
• Establish a Content & Conversation Design team within an organization.
• Drive guidelines and best practices for cohesive product narratives across digital and AI products.
• Influence style guides and design language to align with the T-Mobile brand.
• Organize content assets and ensure consistency across channels and AI interactions.
• Set objectives and KPIs for content quality and conversational effectiveness.
• Partner with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams to support goals.
