• Organize content assets and ensure consistency across AI interactions.
• Design and test content to address real customer challenges.
• Set objectives and KPIs for content quality and engagement.
• Create templates and reusable patterns for scalable content.
• Partner with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams.
