Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Conversation Design to lead end-to-end content and conversation strategy across its digital ecosystem. You will shape design vision, empower teams, and drive measurable customer impact through human-centered content.

As part of the PXDI organization, you will partner with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality content experiences while balancing strategy and execution in fast-moving spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in content design, conversation design, or UX writing.
• Proven track record coaching and growing design talent.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
• Experience leading teams in product, technology, or AI-enabled contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Content and Conversation Designers and coach career growth.
• Establish a Content & Conversation Design team within the organization.
• Drive guidelines and best practices for cohesive product narratives.
• Influence voice, tone, and design language aligned with the brand.
• Improve workflows and cross-team collaboration for efficiency.
• Organize content/assets and ensure consistency across channels and AI.
• Apply human-centered design to craft and test content experiences.
• Set objectives and KPIs for content quality and engagement.
• Create reusable patterns, guides, and templates for scalability.
• Partner with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams.
