T-Mobile in Denver is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Conversation Design to lead the end-to-end content strategy across our digital ecosystem. You will guide a team, align with product, UX, and AI teams, and drive human-centered experiences that solve real user needs.

The ideal candidate will build teams, establish design practices, and set measurable goals for content quality, engagement, and business impact in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of content/UX writing or content strategy experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of design tools and human-centered processes.
• Experience in product/tech/AI-enabled functions preferred.
• Experience leading content/conversation design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Content and Conversation Designers and coach career development.
• Establish a Content & Conversation Design team within the organization.
• Drive guidelines and best practices for cohesive product narratives.
• Influence voice, tone, and design language aligned with the brand.
• Identify efficient workflows and improve cross-team collaboration.
• Organize content assets and ensure consistency across channels and AI.
• Use human-centered methods to address real customer challenges.
• Set objectives and KPIs for content quality and engagement.
• Create tools, templates, and reusable patterns for scalability.
• Partner with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams.
