The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable process improvements across security, compliance, and legal stakeholders. You will interact with executive leadership, drive enterprise trust initiatives, and guide a growing team across regions while shaping security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive management experience in security, governance, risk and compliance.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Experience briefing executives on trust, security and compliance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a high-performing AMER-based team in Trust Engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning for the Trust Engagement function.
• Drive improvements in processes, tooling and reporting for scalability.
• Partner with security, compliance and legal teams on strategic initiatives.
• Lead executive-level customer escalations and post-incident reviews.
• Support executive briefings and negotiations of security terms.
