Job summary

Motive is seeking a Trial Success Manager to lead the proof-of-concept process for Enterprise Accounts, driving trial conversions and long-term program success.

You will collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams, tailor the Motive platform to each client, and deliver training with actionable guidance. Travel 20–25% domestically and possibly internationally; compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 USD plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a software/hardware Proof of Concept, Proof of Value, or Trial process.
• Project management experience; PMP a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with poise and professionalism.
• Ability to interface at all levels within the organization to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% domestically and possibly internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all trial/POC activities for Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers
• Partner in developing and implementing goals, objectives, and success criteria for each trial
• Design and configure the Motive platform to meet the clients needs
• Act as a subject matter expert and consult on product, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching
