Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated professional project management experience steering enterprise-level transitions or systems implementations.
• Demonstrated experience using advanced project management tracking methodologies, software, and dashboarding tools.
• Proven success directing cross-departmental teams where deliverables depend on multiple matrixed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Timeline & milestone enforcement: design, monitor, and manage the master project roadmaps for critical Transformation initiatives, driving accountability across cross-functional streams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: act as the primary operational connector between the Office of Transformation and NPR/NPM teams for operational support on Transformation efforts.
• Risk Mitigation: proactively identify project dependencies, flag bottlenecks, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions to keep projects moving forward on time.
• Status Reporting & Governance: maintain real-time status dashboards and reports, facilitate meetings, and package project updates for institutional leadership.
• Coordination Support: assist the SVP of Transformation in coordinating projects and resources across NPR teams.
