Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred.
Minimum 10 years of leading large-scale enterprise programs or transformations.
Minimum five years supervisory or leadership experience.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
Experience building or scaling program management practices and governance models.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Mortgage industry experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead primary program management for a high-visibility enterprise transformation spanning multiple domains.
Oversee strategic planning, governance, and enterprise communication across workstreams.
Partner with executive leadership to provide guidance, visibility, escalation management, and execution alignment.
Establish scalable program management practices, reporting frameworks, and dependency management.
Drive executive-level communication, steering committee reviews, and transformation status reporting.
Mentor Program and Project Managers to ensure accountability and delivery excellence.
Synthesize complex information into clear executive insights and recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional work across business, operations, technology, product, and security.
Identify risks, dependencies, and scaling challenges; develop mitigation strategies.
Mature enterprise program management capabilities and governance for long-term scalability.
