Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager – Project Management to lead complex operational and client-focused transformation initiatives within the Outsourced Services practice. You will translate strategic priorities into structured programs, establish governance, and guide cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, or technology-enabled transformation.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, or cross-functional program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within Outsourced Services.
• Translate priorities into project charters, roadmaps, workstreams, governance, and success measures.
• Define desired outcomes, scope, deliverables, budgets, and decision rights with leaders and clients.
• Lead initiatives through the full transformation lifecycle from opportunity to benefits realization.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, risk/issue management, and executive communications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating progress, risks, decisions, and required actions to stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams across service lines, technology, data, vendors, and SMEs with clear accountability.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies; resolve blockers with clients, teams and leadership.
• Facilitate structured decision making and alignment among clients and firm stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, implementation plans, testing, and deployment activities.
