Qualifications

• Working knowledge of enterprise platforms, data/analytics, cloud, ERP, CRM, PLM and lifecycle management concepts.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional conversations and align diverse teams around business value.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Portfolio Alignment - Partner with business and IT leaders to clarify the “why,” “what,” “when,” and translate into structured portfolio of opportunities and measurable outcomes
• Accelerate Innovation & Future Capabilities - Seek opportunities to harness AI-enabled experiences, automation, and data-driven decisioning; advocate digital product models and customer-centric design
• Transformation Readiness Assessment - Develop readiness assessments for transformation initiatives, including transition planning, risk mitigation, and success measurements
• Business Case and Value Framing - Define targets to improve end-to-end platform data and process journeys that drive revenue, efficiency, and scalability
• Portfolio Insights, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement - Build dashboards, scorecards, and narratives for ongoing optimization
