Delta Faucet Company is seeking an IT Delivery Manager for Channel, Experience & Portfolio to drive omnichannel digital projects and value streams across B2B2C, D2C, and B2B. You will lead cross-functional teams, align technology roadmaps, and ensure timely, high-value solutions that meet partner requirements.

The role combines technical and business leadership, requiring strong communication, vendor management, and budget oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technology delivery experience across Sales, Marketing, Service and IT.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering in agile and waterfall methods.

Responsibilities

• Champion collaborations across Marketing, Revenue Management, eCommerce & Sales Operations, Customer Service and Analytics.
• Lead Digital portfolio and drive omnichannel value streams.
• Provide resource planning, technical sequencing, risk, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate across value streams and fusion teams to deliver on roadmaps and opportunities.
• Manage external resources, budgets, and report on qualitative and quantitative results.
