Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, organizational leadership, construction management, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, transformation, consulting, operations, or related roles.
Ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and levels of leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
Experience with cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced organizations.
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.
Experience with organizational change management or enterprise implementation efforts.
Experience in construction, professional services, real estate, or engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

Drive coordination and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability structures across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution.
Support prioritization, sequencing, and governance of strategic initiatives.
Establish reporting structures, dashboards, PMO methodologies, and operating rhythms for the Transformation Office.
Track key decisions, actions, deliverables, and implementation progress with transparency.
Develop standardized tools and templates to improve visibility and execution across initiatives.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute change management strategies for long-term adoption.
Build relationships with executives and stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and execution.
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate progress and insights.
