Job summary

IEHP is seeking a System Transformation Operations Facilitator to coordinate STAR-led transformation initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts. You will partner with STAR leadership, executives, and cross-functional teams to enable execution and sustainment of transformation activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating governance, planning, communications, and operational readiness across enterprise transformations, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in enterprise operations and transformation.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex enterprise initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• STAR Transformation Operations Coordination: Partner with STAR leadership and enterprise stakeholders to coordinate operational activities supporting STAR-led transformation initiatives and organizational improvement efforts.
• Enterprise Transformation Enablement Systems: Lead coordination and support for programs, engagement campaigns, conferences, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Stakeholder & Executive Coordination: Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, executive communication, deliverable oversight, and accountability sustainment.
• STAR Operational Planning & Governance Support: Coordinate planning activities, governance workflows, timelines, and reporting for STAR operations.
• Initiative Oversight & Execution Management: Monitor progress, risks, and commitments to achieve objectives effectively.
• STAR Transformation Communications & Adoption Infrastructure: Oversee communication platforms and engagement activities to strengthen alignment and participation.
