Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of governance, process ownership and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and related manufacturing & supply chain systems.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks and performance measures.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement future-state business processes and drive standardization across functions.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to enable digital transformation (SAP, automation, AI, analytics).
