• Bachelor's degree required.

• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on service center footprint optimization, capability development, process harmonization, cost optimization, and digital enablement.
• Develop integrated transformation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Establish program governance structures and facilitate executive report outs.
• Build business cases and value realization plans to support strategic investment decisions.
• Lead organizational change management activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning.
