Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives by coordinating requirements, design, implementation, and execution activities to ensure alignment with strategic business priorities and successful delivery of outcomes.
• Partners with business, product, and stakeholder teams to drive decision-making, manage dependencies, communicate progress, and ensure solutions, processes, and capabilities meet organizational needs.
• Uses data-driven insights to develop program strategies, manage plans, timelines, budgets, and change control processes, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, remove roadblocks, and deliver value across multiple initiatives.
• Drive the coordination of development and documentation for design, requirements/user stories and implementation across 1-2 divisions that align with strategic priorities.
• Develop relationships and partner with key resources to collaborate on the implementation plan and dependencies to ensure all considerations are factored into the initiative.
