Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Enterprise Business Architect to translate enterprise strategy into repeatable EA processes, tools and models. You will build actionable IT investment roadmaps, assess capabilities and design future-state architectures that align with business goals and technology.

You will lead workshops, establish governance, and collaborate across Enterprise, Solution, Data and Technical Architects to drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business/enterprise architecture, strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (ServiceNow, YouDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, BIZBOK).
• Proven ability to develop capability models, value streams and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into capability maps, value streams and target operating models.
• Build and maintain enterprise capability models to uncover gaps and investment opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Provide input into future-state architecture including process redesign and realignment.
• Lead workshops with leaders and teams to gather requirements and build consensus on direction.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards and governance for enterprise-wide consistency.
• Collaborate with other architects to align business architecture with IT and solution design.
• Support investment planning by linking capabilities to strategic initiatives and dependencies.
