Ford Motor Company is seeking an Enterprise Business Architect to translate enterprise strategy into repeatable EA processes, tools, and roadmaps. The role aligns business goals with technology and drives data-driven investment decisions across the enterprise with senior leadership collaboration.

You will build capability models, value streams, and target operating models, lead workshops, and ensure governance and standards across architecture disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years in business/enterprise architecture, strategy or management consulting.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (ServiceNow, YouDesign).
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and BIZBOK.
• Proven capability modeling and value stream mapping experience.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and governance experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into capability maps and operating models.
• Build enterprise capability models to uncover gaps and investment opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and org structures to drive improvements.
• Design future-state architectures including process redesign and alignment.
• Lead workshops/interviews to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards and governance.
• Collaborate with architects to align business and IT architectures.
• Support investment planning by linking capabilities to initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new business models by communicating vision.
• Curate and maintain learning content for architecture pathways.
