Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Enterprise Business Architect to translate enterprise strategy into repeatable EA processes and actionable IT investment roadmaps. The role partners with senior leadership to build capability maps, value streams and target operating models that align business goals with technology.

You will lead workshops, maintain governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years in business/enterprise architecture or management consulting.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (ServiceNow, YouDesign).
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF/BIZBOK frameworks.
• Proven capability models, value streams and target operating models.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to drive roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into capability maps and target operating models.
• Build and maintain enterprise capability models to reveal gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and org structures to drive improvements.
• Lead workshops with leaders to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Collaborate with Architects to align business and IT architectures.
• Support investment planning by linking capabilities to initiatives and risks.
• Establish governance and architecture standards across the enterprise.
• Curate learning content to support EA learning pathways.
