Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Enterprise Business Architect to translate enterprise strategy into repeatable EA processes and artifacts. You will build actionable IT investment roadmaps, assess capabilities, and align business goals with technology across the enterprise.

This role collaborates with executive leadership and architecture teams to drive transformation, establish governance, and enable data-driven investment decisions. Salary grade ranges and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business/enterprise architecture, strategy or management consulting.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (ServiceNow, YouDesign).
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and BIZBOK frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop capability models, value streams and target operating models.
• Analytical skills to assess current-state processes and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable capability maps, value streams and target operating models.
• Build and maintain enterprise capability models to reveal gaps and investment opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and organizational structures to drive improvements.
• Design future-state architectures including process redesign and realignment.
• Lead workshops with leaders and tech teams to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Establish governance, standards and frameworks for enterprise-wide consistency.
