Ford Motor Company is seeking an Enterprise Business Architect to translate enterprise strategy into repeatable EA processes and actionable IT investment roadmaps. You will partner with senior leadership to align business capabilities with technology investments and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

The role includes building capability models, conducting workshops, and establishing governance across architecture teams to enable data-driven decisions and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business/enterprise architecture, strategy or management consulting.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ServiceNow, YouDesign).
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK).
• Proven experience developing capability models, value stream maps and target operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to assess capabilities and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with change management ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into capability maps, value streams and target operating models.
• Build and maintain enterprise capability models to uncover gaps, redundancies and investment opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Provide input into future-state business architectures including process redesign and investment roadmaps.
• Lead workshops and interviews to gather requirements and build consensus on architectural direction.
• Establish and maintain governance processes and standards for enterprise-wide consistency.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Solution, Data and Technical Architects to align business and IT architectures.
• Support investment planning by linking capabilities to strategic initiatives and dependencies.
