Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with coaching and development experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation in transactional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis.
• Establish process visibility and baselines; drive root-cause resolution and governance.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve and redesign transactional workflows.
• Coach leaders in continuous improvement and partner with Solution Architecture teams.
