Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the ETS. This founding, enterprise-level role drives transformation across Hire-to-Retire and other transactional value streams, combining Lean design with AI-assisted automation to improve efficiency and user experience in SG&A.

You will lead, coach, and establish standards, measure outcomes, and partner with Solution Architecture and Process Intelligence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with coaching experience.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
Assess current-state processes with observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis.
Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and baselines; identify unmeasured work.
Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream process conditions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV/DFSS) to improve workflows.
Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture teams to align process, technology, and system capabilities.
Quantify business impact through improvements in cost, quality, speed, risk, and productivity.
Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement disciplines.
