Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader to drive enterprise-wide process improvements across Hire-to-Retire and transactional value streams. This founding role combines Lean design with AI-enabled automation, delivering measurable cost, time, and quality improvements.

You will partner with architecture and process intelligence teams to standardize, govern, and scale improvements across SG&A functions, with a strong emphasis on experience, cycle time, and productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred and experience coaching practitioners.
Experience applying DMAIC/DFSS methodologies with measurable results.
Experience using process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis).
Experience implementing automation, RPA, and AI in transactional environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification through sustained results.
Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and rework.
Establish process visibility and performance baselines; drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions.
Design AI-enabled workflows with a standardize-before-automate approach and Lean principles.
Mentor leaders and establish operating rhythms and governance for enterprise transformation.
