Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and data.
• Design and develop ILT, virtual, blended, and e-learning content.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and leaders.
• Maintain LMS data quality, tracking, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders on onboarding and performance goals.
• Stay current with training trends, tools, and best practices.
