Job summary

deciBel Research, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Tools Administrator in Huntsville, AL. You will support the PMO, manage an integrated tool suite for agile delivery, and design workflows with secure, scalable configurations.

You will configure Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket and Microsoft 365 for governance, document management, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires DoD/compliance familiarity and strong troubleshooting in a multi-team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Program Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience supporting enterprise software tools or software delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to design, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (SharePoint/Teams) for governance and collaboration.
• Experience configuring projects, workflows, permissions, and automation to support Agile delivery.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and metrics for program visibility.
• Experience supporting tool integrations across enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work ethic in a multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO operations for enterprise software delivery and governance.
• Configure and maintain tool suite for agile delivery and software lifecycle management.
• Design projects, workflows, and permission schemes to fit delivery practices.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for program visibility and performance tracking.
• Implement and support system integrations across tools.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot across teams.
• Translate requirements into scalable configurations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure secure, integrated implementations.
• Improve tooling processes and system performance over time.
