Triwill Group seeks a Tools Administrator (Contingent on Contract Award) based in the United States. You will own administration, configuration, and integrations across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and SonarQube, leading a team of four in a highly regulated federal environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tools Administrator (Contingent on Contract Award) based in the United States.

This remote leadership role gives you ownership of the enterprise tools and identity platforms that support more than 30 delivery teams.
You will oversee administration, configuration, integrations, APIs, monitoring, automation, security, and upgrade strategies across a broad development toolset.
The position also places you at the center of enterprise identity management, with responsibility for SSO, MFA, privileged access, and access governance.
You will lead a team of four while serving as a key technical authority across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SonarQube, and related platforms.
A major focus will be consolidating DevOps capabilities to improve pipeline reliability, accountability, and mean time to restore.
The role operates in a highly regulated federal environment, requiring strong security practices, documentation, compliance, and operational resilience.
