The Enterprise Time Coordinator with the Bureau of Employee Benefits, offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise-wide time and attendance policy, manage high-visibility projects, and provide expert guidance on FLSA, FMLA, collective bargaining agreements, and more. As the Enterprise Time Coordinator, you will serve as the enterprise-wide expert on time and attendance policy, ensuring compliance with laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal directives. You will be responsible for navigating a broad and dynamic landscape of over 100 time types in the commonwealth's time and attendance system, applying deep knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, USERRA, and other legislation to provide guidance to agencies, employees, senior leaders, and external partners. In this role, you will perform the following duties:
