Job summary

Certa is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations. This client-facing role sits at the center of engagements, translating customer needs into plans, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment from kickoff to go-live and beyond.

You will stay technically fluent, manage scope and risks, and maintain clear executive updates while supporting strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or client-facing delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver complex multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Build a clear project plan with phases, milestones, dependencies and owners.
• Lead requirements gathering and sign-off, documenting requirements clearly.
• Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Own the client relationship and lead status meetings and escalations.
• Manage scope, risks, changes with proactive mitigation plans.
• Maintain technical credibility and produce clear status updates.
