Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner in Eden Prairie, MN to guide a large-scale transformation and migration initiative. You will define requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate delivery, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and program timelines.

The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and roadmap planning experience across enterprise technology transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, or related role.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise transformation or technology migration initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, prioritization, and product delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable work plans and user stories.
• Strong experience in risk management, issue resolution, escalation, and decision-making.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product/project roadmaps, delivery plans, and integrated schedules.
• Manage feature backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Lead requirements gathering and ensure epics, features, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Partner with engineering, QA, business analysts, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions (IRAADs).
• Identify, accelerate delivery and resolve blockers to keep timelines on track.
• Support organizational change management, communications, training, adoption, and rollout activities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, product priorities, and migration timelines.
• Support enterprise technology migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple technology teams and external vendors.
• Drive decision-making and ensure key decisions and actions are documented and communicated.
