Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Technical Product Owner for a hybrid role in Minneapolis. This 12-month contract places you at the center of Agile product delivery, coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups while coaching teams toward higher scrum maturity.

You will translate roadmaps into well-defined requirements and collaborate across analytics, design, engineering, and product to drive products from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Agile product management with mid-level experience (3-7 years).
• Experience managing product lifecycles and backlogs in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. customers, stakeholders).
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to progress.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where the team owns the product.
• Lead end-to-end launch of products with innovation.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop roadmaps and drive features from concept to launch.
• Work with analytics, design, engineering, and user enablement teams.
• Turn data insights into actionable product outcomes for customers.
• Review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones, identify risks.
