A leading technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for its Talent Acquisition team. This role involves defining product roadmaps, ensuring technology aligns with business goals, and managing product backlogs. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in investment management and product ownership, with strong skills in IBOR data and data warehousing. The position is based in Windsor, CT / Atlanta, GA and offers a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in technology, business analysis within the investment management business.
• 5+ years of product ownership experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the Investment Management industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business partners to define the future products and roadmap.
• Understand and articulate the technology vision and strategy.
• Build rapport with investment teams, operations, and IT members.
• Perform data-driven analysis and develop recommendations.
• Act as a voice of customers and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Key member of the scrum team ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
• Manage the Product Backlog effectively to maximize delivered value.
• Define user stories based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate and assist in the testing of new products and features.
