Philip Morris International Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to manage local operations, budgets, and vendor relationships for PMI Tech Enterprise Technology products.

The role requires extensive IT infrastructure and project management experience, with a focus on service delivery, compliance, and disaster recovery planning. A hybrid work model is offered, with opportunities to influence local IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Infrastructure Management experience, with a preference for Managed Services.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network management at CCNA level.
• Experience with Continuity and Disaster Recovery for IT Infra services.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
• Basic knowledge of AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology component for PMI Tech Enterprise Technology products for local customers.
• Inform customers about product portfolio, roadmap, and planned activities; collect feedback on value and effectiveness.
• Participate in local IT projects, ensure PMT products align with standards and project requirements.
• Plan and manage local ETF budget with product teams, vendors, contracts, and procurement.
• Coordinate hands-on last mile local activities for infrastructure within the ETF model; manage contractors and vendor reps.
• Monitor and enforce compliance and vulnerabilities reduction in activities.
