Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Senior Manager Tech Operations in Aurora, CO to lead deployment and localization of PMI Tech initiatives. You will translate business needs into IT solutions and collaborate with global portfolio teams to standardize local offerings.

You will guide IT operations for manufacturing and operational systems, oversee support and maintenance, and ensure adherence to policies and GxP requirements in a challenging business environment.

Qualifications

6+ years deploying global IT systems with manufacturing/QA exposure.
Engineering degree or related field required.
IT service management experience; ITIL is a plus; PMP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and localization of PMI Tech initiatives.
Translate business needs into IT solutions using PMI Tech portfolio.
Drive standardization across local portfolio with Solution Management.
Deliver IT solutions for manufacturing and operational systems.
Lead support and maintenance of local/global IT systems; resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards and GxP requirements.
