Qualifications

• Proven experience in business application/technology optimization through successful implementation, enablement and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, CRM systems).
• Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Passion for helping others succeed with technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive business application/technology optimization through successful deployment, enablement and training.
• Act as the internal face of major software deployments, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth adoption.
• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing technology platforms, tailored to diverse user needs.
• Promote AI literacy across the organization and contribute to shaping the AI strategy.
• Develop post-rollout support capabilities and create champions to provide guidance.
