Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in technology diligence, IT advisory, technology consulting, or related role supporting transactions.
• Strong understanding of technology operating models and architectures; cloud platforms and economics; software development environments; technology cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology diligence workstreams for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Assess core enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data platforms and IT operating models.
• Develop structured analysis and connect findings to business impact and value implications.
• Support integration and separation planning, cloud migration, and optimization.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure coordinated client delivery and proposal development.
• Identify scope expansion opportunities related to cloud modernization during engagements.
