Job summary

Grant Thornton | Stax Transactions in New York is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise technology diligence and execution support across the transaction lifecycle for Private Equity and strategic clients using infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and operating models.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate findings into actionable outcomes, support integration/separation planning, and contribute to diligence methodologies and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology diligence or IT advisory supporting transactions.
• Strong understanding of technology operating models and architectures, cloud platforms, and IT cost structures.
• Experience supporting Private Equity-backed transactions and cross-functional, client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise technology diligence workstreams for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Assess core enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data platforms, and IT operating models.
• Develop clear diligence deliverables linking technology findings to business impact and value.
• Support integration and separation planning and cloud migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with Financial Due Diligence, Cyber, Strategy, and Transformation teams.
• Assist in proposal development, work planning, and budgeting for engagements.
