Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Systems to lead the applications supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and more, shaping the enterprise systems roadmap and ensuring scalable platforms across the business.

The ideal leader translates complex business needs into clear documentation, partners with executives, mentors a team, and delivers initiatives on time while keeping guests and team members at the center of decisions.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing plant, supply chain, food quality, real estate and/or finance systems experience required.
• Five+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise systems in a complex organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and facilitate requirements and design sessions that produce effective business solutions.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise business requirements and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and emerging technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead requirements sessions and produce clear business requirements and solution documentation.
• Oversee design, administration, development, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
