Job summary
CAVA is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Systems to partner with and provide direction for applications supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and more. This leader will shape the enterprise system roadmap, oversee implementations, and ensure scalable platforms and integrations.
The ideal candidate translates complex business needs into practical solutions, partners across teams, and leads with a service mindset. Hospitality/retail experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Food manufacturing plant, supply chain, food quality, real estate and/or finance systems experience are required.
- Must have experience with at least 2 areas.
- Five or more years of experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise systems in a complex organization.
- Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and facilitate design sessions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Lead requirements and design sessions; produce clear business requirements and documentation.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise system implementations and integrations.
- Mentor and develop the team responsible for enterprise systems.
