Job summary
Apple is seeking a Solutions Architect to own end-to-end system design across AppleCare Sales, Service & Support platforms. You will define interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns, translating business requirements into robust, scalable architectures with senior-level engineering and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with focus on system design or solution architecture.
- Experience designing engineering specifications for inter-/intra-system interactions.
- Experience architecting distributed systems for high availability and scalability.
- Translate business requirements into system designs across large-scale enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end system design for new initiatives across platform ecosystems.
- Define interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns across services.
- Author design specifications and technical user stories for engineering.
- Lead design reviews focused on fault tolerance, observability, and performance.
- Present to leadership on strategies, modernization, and roadmaps.
- Ensure production delivery and hand-off to Operations.
