Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Systems Specialist to administer and optimize enterprise systems and applications in an in-office environment. You will resolve complex issues, implement enhancements, and support integrations, automation, data integrity, and security across financial and operational processes.

Leverage strong system configuration, API integration, and data mapping skills to partner with business and IT teams, vendors, and other technology partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize assigned enterprise systems, including workflows, security roles, business rules, system settings, master data, and automated processes.
• Configure and enhance system functionality, integrations, automation, scripts, queries, extensions, and other technical components to support business requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for complex system and production issues, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating resolution with internal teams, vendors, and other technology partners.
• Provide Level 3 technical and business process support and facilitate knowledge transfer to strengthen Level 1 and Level 2 support capabilities.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations, APIs, connectors, automated workflows, scheduled processes, and data pipelines to maintain reliable data flow across applications.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate requirements, assess system impacts, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, controls, and data accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, technical specifications, process flows, data mappings, testing requirements, and implementation plans.
• Support system enhancements, releases, implementations, conversions, and integrations through configuration, testing, data validation, deployment, and production support.
• Maintain system security, access controls, configurations, and overall system integrity in accordance with company standards, technology requirements, audit requirements, and internal controls.
