Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business.
• 10+ years of experience with enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with system integrations and production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements to system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems.
• Configure integrations, automation, APIs, extensions, and data pipelines.
• Serve as escalation resource for complex system issues.
• Provide Level 3 support and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure system security and data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation and controls.
