Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management in St. Louis seeks a Business Technology Consultant to drive enterprise technology initiatives and project strategies. You will partner with client leadership and delivery teams to plan, execute and optimize projects across multiple industries.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise tech, leadership abilities and strong communication. IPM offers a robust benefits package and a hybrid work model with a minimum of three in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relatable discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience implementing complex, enterprise technology initiatives or transformations related to ERP/CRM/QMS/WMS/SCM/PLM/PPM/HRIS.
• Some experience as a project manager.
• Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process; Six Sigma/PM certifications are a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to engage diverse audiences at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations.
• Lead business process assessments and continuous improvement efforts related to enterprise systems.
• Develop and drive integrated project strategy and plans aligning tactics with strategy.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget while exceeding IPM standards.
• Develop and document high-level strategies to accomplish project objectives.
