Gateway Fiber is seeking an Enterprise Systems Project Manager in the Greater St. Louis area to lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional system initiatives. This hybrid role combines project leadership with system administration and business-process alignment to ensure reliable platforms and data integrity.

You will drive requirements, coordinate with vendors and teams, and create SOPs to ensure consistent adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

In addition to project leadership, this role maintains hands-on ownership of key business systems, ensuring platforms are reliable, well-configured, and continuously improved to support operations. This is a hybrid role combining project management, system administration, and business process alignment.
