Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of professional development experience, including at least five years in software architecture and building fault‑tolerant, scalable, globally distributed systems on Linux.
• Strong design and implementation experience with Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring, JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat, and RESTful services.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/Node.js, front‑end frameworks (AngularJS, React), and HTML5/CSS3.
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, Sequalize, Mongoose), JSON/XML, and message queuing (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, TravisCI, or TeamCity.
• Knowledge of databases (DB2, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) and good SQL skills.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Jasmine, Mocha).
• Authorization to work in the United States; background check performed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a medium‑to‑large cross‑functional team through the full software development lifecycle.
• Oversee architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with QA, PMO, and IT Operations to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and facilitate requirement workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including migration to cloud, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Conduct design and code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Own production support and resolve performance or scalability issues.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating new frameworks, tools, and technologies.
