Redwood Housing seeks an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee RealPage and related enterprise applications. You will lead configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, partnering with Property Management, Accounting, and Asset teams to ensure accurate reporting and data governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct RealPage administration with HUD/LIHTC experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary RealPage administrator and internal owner.

About this Role: Redwood Housing is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing development of our core business platforms, with primary responsibility for our RealPage environment and related enterprise applications.This role combines technical expertise, business systems administration, project leadership, and operational support. The ideal candidate understands how property management, accounting, asset management, and reporting processes interact with enterprise technology and can effectively support business teams through system improvements, implementations, and day-to-day operational needs.Reporting to the Director of Technology Services, this individual will lead enterprise application initiatives, manage platform enhancements, oversee system configurations and integrations, and serve as the highest level of internal support for enterprise systems.
